Rekordbox normalize volume

rekordbox has a normalize function to adjust the volume of analog sources automatically and save tracks at a common volume. During playback you don't need to adjust the volume of each track.

Does rekordbox auto gain?

I will typically manually match the gain in rekordbox to make sure my audio levels between tracks are all even but when you export it, the auto gain defaults to 0 db. They recommend you manually match the gain when you're mixing but honestly, it's never perfect.

Does rekordbox have limiter?

Rekordbox an Option to enable/disable the internal limiter/compressor of each deck. Just keep the main output limiter always enable. And be sure that the limiters (each deck/Main output/ Record) act as a Brickwall not a compressor.

Can rekordbox play AAC files?

The good news is that you can DJ with all of them, but each file type offers different audio resolution, file size, and software compatibility.

Hi, the new CDJ-2000NXS2 is supporting FLAC-Files. The App was updated to support the CDJ-2000NXS2, but FLAC-Files don't work.
