Stravinsky uses polytonality in The Rite of Spring, I think. Atonality is the lack of a tonal center- every pitch is used (roughly) the same amount of times (rather, the over-emphasis of one pitch is avoided) and there is no defined tonic pitch or key center. Bartók wrote a lot of atonal music.
