How do you add accidental to trill in Musescore?

To add an accidental to an extended ornament, such as a trill line, select the line and double-click a symbol from the Accidentals palette. By doing so, we get the symbol of the accidental over the e.g. trill line, and that's O.K. Yet, the accidental is not really played-back.

How do you sharp a trill in Musescore?

I was able to somewhat get around this by inserting text and then inserting a sharp symbol as text through the F2 menu, but there's no convenient way to have a trill go to an out-of-key note with the symbol and have the playback do it.

1. Drag trill symbol to dotted eighth(Or whatever note needs a trill)
2. Right click the trill and click Edit Element.
3. Drag the last box to the left until there is no line in the trill symbol.
