They offer support for account and payment issues via [email protected] (8/24h 5/7d, regular business hours, Kaliningrad time). You may also use the "Request a refund" button under "Contact us" link at the bottom of the musescore.com website. Nobody on the musescore.org forums can help you with your request.

You may still upload it to MuseScore.com, but please use appropriate privacy settings so that you are not sharing this music any more widely than the law allows.

Why is MuseScore not playing?

Check Edit → Preferences → I/O ( MuseScore → Preferences → I/O on the Mac). ... You could in that case also try a 32-bit MuseScore version. In the "Preferences" dialog under the I/O tab is a button that says "Restart Audio and MIDI Devices" Clicking this button often fixes audio not playing.
