I think you'll find that Traktor Pro stores all its cue points/grids etc in WAV files as well as in the collection. nml.

You can press the Hotcue icon (Flag icon) to exit Hotcue Create / Delete mode.

Do this by going to TRAKTOR Preferences > Decks Layout and setting the Deck Size to Advanced. Now return to the Deck and click on the GRID tab to switch to the Beatgrid Panel. In order to place the Gridmarker on the first beat, you may either select Auto Grid (AUTO button) or click on the Gridmarker icon.
