Is Melodics good for drums?

All in all, Melodics is a great piece of software that will help you learn and grow as a drummer, be it that you are a total beginner or already have some knowledge of playing drums.

How do you attach Melodics to drums?

In the Settings screen in Melodics, choose the Roland Sound Module as the selected device under audio output. The sound will now come out of your V-Drums, while Melodics receives MIDI information for scoring and feedback. Use a 3.5mm stereo audio cable to connect the output of your PC to the mix in of your V-drums.

How do you set up Melodics?

Just plug in and play. Go to the settings tab and select your device from the 'selected device' dropdown menu. If your keyboard is not on our supported devices list or is not appearing in the 'selected device' dropdown menu, you'll need to create a manual mapping. Hit the 'map your controller' button in settings.
