Hey r/ableton, I released a free loudness meter for max for live that implements the ITU-R BS. 1770 program loudness and true-peak audio level algorithm. It performs both short-term and integrated loudness measurements as well as loudness range and true peak readings.

For broadcast, the recommended standard is -23 LUFS — but that's different from mastering music for playback. ... The best mastering level for streaming is an integrated -14 LUFS, as it best fits the loudness normalization settings of the majority of streaming services. Although other measurements like the true peak value and other metrics need to be considered, -14 LUFS is the best mastering level when considering loudness.
