Hi, On the mK, the fastest way to random access your favourite patches to group them within one bank. That way, you can quite quickly change between 8 favourite patches, using the program number buttons.

How to Save a Patch on the microKorg

  1. Press the Write key. The current program number will blink.
  2. If you see "Pct" on the display, you need to off Write Protect. Press Shift to exit.
  3. Select the Program Number you want to save to using the big dial and number keys.
  4. Press Write again to save.

Does the microKORG have a sequencer?

It has a polyphonic sequencer which is a must for a polyphonic synthesizer. Using the sequencer in combination with the Microkorg's arpeggiator is pretty nice.
