How do you delete Comments on Servicenow?
Click the Delete button for each History Set. This will delete the History Set, not the audit data. The History Set will be rebuilt with the corrected audit and journal information as soon as a user views the item.
Can we delete additional comments in Servicenow?
You will just need to delete the record(comment) from sys_history_line. But ACL is setup to allow nobody to delete.
How do you delete comments?
Delete comments
Right-click the comment, and choose Delete Comment. To delete all the comments in the document, go to the Review tab, click the down-arrow on Delete, and choose Delete All Comments in Document. Select the content you want to comment on. Select Review > New Comment.
Where are additional comments stored in Servicenow?
Additional comments and work notes are stored in a table called sys_journal_field. You can access them in script via the getJournalEntry() method.
