Place a small amount of solvent on your cloth. Thoroughly clean the knobs, housing and capstan (post). Use a soft bristled brush or toothbrush to work loose any difficult debris that doesn't wipe off. Dry the sealed tuners thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.
