How do you care for a vintage acoustic guitar?

Store it in its case. Wipe it down with a soft cotton cloth after playing it. If you ever feel it needs more care wipe it down with a slightly damp cotton cloth. Treat your fretboard about every year or two with fretboard conditioner.
