Go to Traktor's preferences and check "Analyze news imported tracks". If anyone knows how to analyse all the tracks contained in a folder without having to import into the collection, please add it as an answer.

  1. Load Traktor.
  2. Go to folder with all tracks in it.
  3. Choose to analyse this folder.
  4. Go to bed.
  5. Wake up and go to work.
  6. Finish work and head home.
  7. Your tracks are analysed.

How do I analyze multiple folders in TRAKTOR?

You click on "Track Collection", then browse to the bottom of it, check the last tracks, which are the newly imported ones, mark them and right-click analyze them.
