Horn in c transposition

Horn in c transposition

The Horn in C transposition doesn't appear to be right. It should be one octave lower than written. Also, it should be starting on Treble Clef (G Clef) instead of Bass (F). So unless this changes, the Horn in C is no different than the High C Horn (C alto) besides their ranges.
