What is the 4th mode of harmonic minor?
The fourth mode part of the harmonic minor system is similar to the Dorian mode. The only difference between these scales is the fourth which is augmented in this mode. We'll call this scale the Dorian #4 mode.

The harmonic major scale aka Ionian b6 mode or Ethiopian scale (1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - b6 - 7) is built the same way as the diatonic major scale, but with a lowered 6th.
