What angle should my flute be?
Always make sure the instrument is held horizontally, directly parallel to the floor, instead of playing at an angle. Focus on making a 45 degree angle with your elbows to help you maintain the proper position.
Are flutes left and right handed?
The flute is a two-handed instrument, and both hands required a lot of dexterity and fluidity to be a skilled flutist. One could argue that the left hand actually moves and plays more than the right.
