How do I copy a track to another project?

Make sure there are no items selected, then select the track you want to copy and use Ctrl+C to copy it. > Click on the first project tab to go back to the project you want to paste to and use Crtl+V to paste it. I do that quite often and you can copy/paste as many tracks as you want to.
