Can C be used for everything?
C is a programming language that is both versatile and popular, allowing it to be used in a vast array of applications and technologies. It can, for example, be used to write the code for operating systems, complex programs and applications, and everything in between.
Can C do everything Assembly can?
In no case can C do a better job than assembly.
The computer can't do anything that assembly can't do, assuming that the complete instruction set is published.
Can C do anything C++ cant?
On the other hand, C++ has tons of additional stuff that C can't do. Templates, polymorphism, operator overloading, etc, etc. C can mimic all of these things with different syntax, and there's no program you can write in one language that can't be written in the other language... so they're both equally capable.
Is everything in C also in C++?
C++ is derived from C, but is not a proper superset of C. Not every legal C program is also a legal C++ program, and those that are may not have identical semantics. A well-written C program does not look or behave much like a well-written C++ program (apart from very simple toy programs, anyway).
