In theory a 32 ohm 770 is easier to drive than an 80 ohm but in real life you should be able to do equally well with either. If you go 80 ohm, you have to get the Pro. If you don't wanna get an amp, go for another headphone. These need an amp to bring out the best, even the 32 ohm.

The 250ohm version works without an amp. I recommend that you stay away from the 32ohm version as they do not sound as good as the higher ohm version.
