Are Bach partitas difficult?

The Allemande from the d minor Partita is accessible to the advanced intermediate player. The Chaconne from the same partita is as difficult as anything in the repertoire and should only be attempted by the most advanced players. The E Major Preludio is harder than the Allemande but easier than the fugues.

Which Bach Partita is the easiest?

Re: Which Bach Partita is Approachable? G major and B-flat are probably the least difficult technically of the Partitas.

What is the difference between Partita and Sonata?

The sonatas each consist of four movements, in the typical slow-fast-slow-fast structure. The partitas, however, are more unorthodox. They make use of the usual baroque dance mixture of Allemande, Courante, Sarabande, and Gigue, but Bach added new elements to provide variety.
