Why does my arm tense up?
Sometimes, your arms will twitch or move in a way you can't control, called a spasm. Spasticity happens after your body's nervous system has been damaged, usually by a stroke, disease, or injury.
How can I relax my arms while gaming?
Begin with your elbow straight and your palm facing upward. With your other hand, pull your wrist downward, stretching the palm side of your forearm. You should feel a mild discomfort but no pain. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds on each arm.
