What should I wear to Abrsm exam?

Dress yourself in a smart casual attire to show respect for both the performance and your examiner. Don't wear slippers, flip-flops, and home-wear clothes. Print a copy of the Examination Appointment Letter which lists down the venue information and the candidate details.

Who can take the Abrsm exam?

Candidates may be entered for an exam at any age. The candidate's date of birth must be stated on the online service at the time of making the booking. b. Candidates for practical exams at Grades Initial–5 and Music Theory exams at Grades 1–8 do not need to have taken any other graded exams.

What is the pass mark for Abrsm exams?

Candidates need: 100 marks to Pass; 120 marks to pass with Merit; 130 marks to pass with Distinction.

Can you fail Abrsm exams?
