Nope, tenors do not SING high C in full chest voice...it is in mixed chest/head voice... Luciano Pavarotti is probably the only tenor who you could say sings C in full voice...even Db...as he did in the recording of Cujus Animan from Rossini`s Stabat Mater..even then it was a mixture somewhat...
